We value you as a customer and will do our best to ensure your satisfaction with our service and our products.
Publications damaged in shipment
Any publication that is damaged during shipping will be replaced at no cost to the customer. Please contact email@example.com within 10 business days of receipt of your order to arrange for an immediate
replacement of the damaged publications at no cost to you.
For digital products/e-booklets
There are no refunds for digital products/e-booklets, including if the purchaser requests a "pay later" option
since the electronic pdf copy and unique password are sent to the customer for ready-access. Payment is still
due on any deferred payment requests (e.g., purchase orders) for all of our publications.
Custom print orders
Custom printing must be provided by the customer in advance and approved by the customer based on the
draft proof sent to the customer before printing. If we make a typesetting mistake on your order after you
have approved the proof, your items will be reprinted and delivered to you at no cost. We will correct any
errors promptly should they occur and ensure your satisfaction with your order. Unfortunately, we are unable
to refund or reprint orders at no cost if you approved the final proof of your custom printing.
Since we are a small, independent company, we are unable to make returns, exchanges or refunds for any other
reasons other than noted above. We are happy to provide complimentary review copies upon request prior to
your order to ensure the content meets your needs.
We are proud to report that in over 20 years of business, we have never received a request for a return or refund.
